Strawberry Mansion

Over-surreal, rough-around-the-edges fantasy plays like Terry Gilliam had an orgy with Wes Anderson and David Lynch and made a mess. Something about a "dream auditor" and a woman fighting the government trying to tax people on their dreams. The movie seems to be a collection of scenes made up as they went along, and is a truly strange mix of looking zero-budget one minute, big-budget the next. It actually was kind of charming at first, despite being over done, but turns into some sort of love story that is as treacly as it is impossible to follow.
